All boat owners should have access to below the waterline of their
vessel for emergency detangles/retrievals, boat maintenance or
hull/running gear cleaning. The PowerDive DeckSnorkel is a compact and
affordable system to quickly achieve all of these functions. Simply
connect to your boat’s 12 volt power, switch on and 45 seconds later,
you are under your boat!
This twin pump version of the DeckSnorkel operates from the deck of your
boat and connects to your boat’s 12V battery using the power cable and
alligator clips. The toolbox measures 18x12x11 and weighs 16 pounds.
Typical operating duration is 3 hours with a standard marine battery.
How does it work? This model utilizes a small but highly efficient 12V
oil-less diaphragm air compressor. The small pump draws in fresh air
from the surface, pumps it through a hose, and compresses it inside a
floating reservoir. The reservoir then supplies air through a breathing
hose to the diver’s demand regulator. All of the equipment needed to
breathe underwater remains on the surface, which means you don’t have to
wear any bulky equipment.
Supports two divers up to 20 feet or one diver to 40 feet.
