We like to do business the old way, one customer at a time, with your satisfaction guaranteed. Please call us, or email us with any questions you have, before you place your order. We are happy to take your order over the phone, however we accept credit cards only through PayPal.
We ship via both Parcel Post and UPS for a flat shipping rate of $35 for the Nature’s Head toilet and any additional items you order at the same time. Choose “Standard Shipping” when you check out.
If you prefer another carrier, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please contact us prior to ordering so that we may determine the shipping cost for this shipper.
International – The shipping charges on international orders are entirely related to the weight of the items shipped, and vary widely. We will be happy to honor your request for estimated shipping charges for an order before you place it.
Insurance: For the Nature’s Head Composting Toilet, shipping insurance is included at no additional cost to you.

There are no additional shipping or handling charges for items that you choose to pick up in Oriental, North Carolina.
We deliver toilets for no additional charge, to addresses within 25 miles of Oriental (options and accessories purchased with the toilet are included in this free delivery). Please call us or send an email to make arrangements for either of these services.
Choose “Pickup” when you check out and no shipping charges will be added to your order.
If you have a problem with any item, please call us immediately.
Nature’s Head – any Nature’s Head composting toilet may be returned for any reason within 14 calendar days from date of shipment, for a full refund of the purchase price – not including any shipping. The unit must be in unused condition, in it’s original packaging and with all parts included. (We KNOW that you will be happy with it!)
The Nature’s Head Composting Toilet carries a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. If your product should fail due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us to arrange for a repair or replacement.
Sales tax will be added to all purchases which are shipped or delivered to addresses in North Carolina. North Carolina sales tax also applies to items picked up in Oriental.
We accept the following methods for payment:
PayPal – PayPal enables you to pay from a credit card, by e-check, or from a Pay Pal account balance. You do not have to be a PayPal member to use this service.
Upon receiving notification that your PayPal payment has cleared, we will then ship your items to you within 2 business days.
If you have any questions about paying through PayPal, please don’t hesitate to ask us for clarification.
Credit Cards – We accept Credit Cards only through PayPal.
If you wish to purchase using any other method than PayPal, please contact us via email or telephone to place your order. We will then provide you with an invoice.
Money Orders (USA only) – We will ship your purchase within 3 business days of receiving your money order or a cashiers’ check.
Personal Checks (USA only) – We accept personal checks drawn on US Banks only. Please keep in mind that personal checks must clear our bank before the order ships and that this can take 7-10 business days.
International Orders – We accept only International Money Orders or PayPal for orders to be shipped outside the United States. Allow 7-10 working days for the funds to clear.
