How to Purchase from Us (Retail Only)
We like to carry on our business the old way, one customer at a time, with your satisfaction guaranteed. First off, we do accept orders over the web. Simply submit the order in an email to us or call us to place your order and we'll get right back to you with a confirmation invoice. |

Payment Methods
Please do not remit payment until you have received an invoice from us.
We accept the following methods for payment:
Money Orders - We will ship your purchase within 2 business days of receiving your money order or a cashiers' check.
Pay Pal - Pay Pal enables you to pay from a credit card, by e-check, or from a Pay Pal account balance. If you have any questions about this, please don't hesitate to ask for clarification.
On orders you are planning on paying for using PayPal™, please submit the order in an email (use the Hail Us button to the left) -- don't forget to choose your shipping method. We will promptly reply with a confirmation invoice containing a link to our PayPal™ account; or, if you prefer, you may, at that point, log onto PayPal manually, and then remit your payment.
Upon receiving notification of your payment we will then ship your items to you within 2 business days. If you have any questions about this, please don't hesitate to ask for clarification.
Credit Cards - We accept Credit Cards through Pay Pal. You do not have to be a Pay Pal member to use this service.
Personal Checks - Please keep in mind that personal checks must clear our bank before the order ships and that this can take up to seven business days.
International Orders - Sorry, we accept only payments through PayPal for orders to be shipped outside of the United States.

Shipping
We hope that customers will be pleased to learn that we will be happy to ship as fast or as slow as you request, and without any hidden "handling fees."
We offer both UPS and Parcel Post. If you have another preferred carrier, we will try to accommodate you.
There is, of course, no additional shipping or handling charges for items that you choose to pick up.
International - The shipping charges on international orders are entirely related to the weight of the items shipped, and vary widely. We will be happy to honor your request for estimated shipping charges for an order before you place it.

Insurance
Although we do not require insurance on your shipment, we strongly suggest it.

Returns
If you have a problem with any item, please call us immediately.
Nature's Head - any Nature's Head composting toilet may be returned for any reason within 14 calendar days from date of shipment, for a full refund of the purchase price - not including any shipping. (We KNOW that you will be happy with it!)
